Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PARHELIK INNOVATION INC ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit parhelik.com, place an order or contact us. Our contact address is 1057 Columbus St, Biloxi, MS 39530, United States, and our privacy contact is support@parhelik.com.

We are responsible for personal information used to operate our store and fulfil our obligations as the seller. Shopify provides our commerce platform and may also process information for its own purposes as explained below. This notice explains our practices; visiting the website does not, by itself, give consent to processing that requires your consent.

1. Information we collect and its sources

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, account details and preferences, order information, and messages or evidence you send when requesting support, a return or a refund.
  • Purchase and payment information: items viewed, added to a cart, purchased or returned; order history; payment method, transaction references and payment status. Shopify and payment providers process payment credentials to complete your transaction.
  • Device and website information: IP address, browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, page interactions, cookie identifiers and similar technical information.
  • Information from service providers: payment confirmations, fraud and security signals, delivery and tracking updates, and information needed to provide the services you request. Where analytics or advertising services are enabled, they may provide interaction or campaign information, subject to applicable privacy choices.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the website, and from Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and other service providers involved in operating the store. Please do not send full payment-card details, account passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages. Providing information needed for an order is voluntary, but we may be unable to process or deliver the order without it.

2. How and why we use information

  • To receive and fulfil orders, process payments, manage accounts, arrange delivery, and handle cancellations, returns, refunds and customer support.
  • To send transactional messages about an order, account, delivery or support request.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems and maintain purchase records.
  • To understand website use and improve our products and services, subject to consent requirements for relevant technologies.
  • To send marketing or show relevant advertising where permitted by law and in accordance with your choices. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing does not stop messages needed to fulfil an order or respond to you.
  • To meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection and other legal obligations, respond to valid legal requests and establish or defend legal claims.

Where UK data-protection law applies: our legal bases are performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract (orders and related support); legal obligations (such as tax records and consumer remedies); legitimate interests in securing, maintaining and improving the business where those interests do not override your rights; and consent where required, including for relevant marketing and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing.

Where Canadian, Australian or other applicable law requires consent, we obtain the appropriate consent or rely on a permitted legal exception. We limit collection and use to information reasonably needed for the purposes described here.

3. Cookies, advertising and your privacy choices

Our Cookie Policy identifies the technologies and providers used by this store and explains browser lifetimes and controls. Use Cookie Settings to make or revisit the available choices. The sale/sharing opt-out and email subscription choices are separate from other cookie choices.

Cookies and similar technologies support functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security and remembering preferences. Non-essential technologies may also be used for analytics or advertising. Where consent is required, these technologies must depend on your consent; you can use the privacy controls displayed on the website to make or change your choice. Browser settings can also control cookies, although blocking essential cookies may affect shopping functions.

Disclosing identifiers or browsing activity to advertising partners can be considered a "sale", "sharing" or processing for "targeted advertising" under some US state laws, even when no money is exchanged. Where you have a right to opt out, visit Your Privacy Choices or contact support@parhelik.com. If an online control is unavailable, you can still contact us to exercise your rights.

Where required by applicable law, we honour a recognised Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it, and apply it more broadly where required and where we can identify the relevant account. A cookie choice may need to be renewed when you use another browser or device or clear cookies. Email marketing preferences and advertising-cookie choices are separate controls.

4. Who receives information

We share information as needed with Shopify and providers that help operate the website, process payments, detect fraud, host data, provide customer support and deliver orders. These providers receive information relevant to their services, subject to appropriate contractual and legal restrictions.

Where enabled and legally permitted, analytics and advertising partners may receive device, identifier and interaction information in accordance with your choices. We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a proposed or completed business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not make private customer-support correspondence public as product reviews.

The current advertising and measurement integrations include Google and Meta, with AdNabu providing the Meta integration. Depending on enabled services and applicable choices, information can include online identifiers, browsing and purchase events, and contact identifiers used for matching, such as hashed email addresses or telephone numbers. Hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous. See our Cookie Policy for provider links and technology details.

5. Shopify's role

Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide checkout and other commerce services. Certain Shopify services, including Shop and enhanced services where used, may involve Shopify processing information as an independent controller and combining it with information from other interactions with Shopify or other merchants. Shopify's own notice explains those activities and the choices available to you.

Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and use the Shopify Privacy Portal for requests concerning Shopify's independent processing. You may continue to contact us about information used to operate our store.

6. International processing

Our business is based in the United States. Shopify and other service providers may store or process information in the United States, Canada and other countries where they or their service providers operate. Locations depend on the service used; Shopify explains its international processing in its consumer privacy information.

Where applicable law restricts an international transfer, we use required safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum where applicable. We take steps required by applicable Canadian and Australian law for overseas processing or disclosure. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Relevant factors include whether you have an account or an unresolved order or support request, statutory recordkeeping requirements, warranty or consumer claims, and applicable limitation periods. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements and secure backup cycles.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please use secure account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account or information.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may be entitled to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, receive portable information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions, including records we must retain to complete a transaction or comply with law.

  • United States: where applicable state law provides these rights, you may request information about categories, sources, purposes and recipients of personal information; access, correct or delete information; and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Any applicable right to limit use of sensitive information also remains available. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
  • United Kingdom: you may exercise applicable access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection rights. You have an unconditional right to object to direct marketing. Where applicable, you also have protections concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Canada: subject to applicable federal and provincial law, you may request access to and correction of your information, ask about our practices, and withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. We will explain relevant consequences of withdrawal.
  • Australia: where applicable privacy law provides these rights, you may request access to or correction of your information and complain about its handling. You may interact anonymously or under a pseudonym where lawful and practicable; identifying details are normally needed to fulfil an order.

Send requests to support@parhelik.com or through our contact page. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised agent's authority. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any permitted refusal or extension. Where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision asking for a privacy appeal.

US privacy notice at collection

This section summarises the categories of information used in the current store and how long we keep them. The sections above explain sources, purposes, recipients and your rights in more detail. A category is collected when you use the related feature; you do not need to provide information for features you do not use.

  • Identifiers and contact information: name, address, email, telephone number, account and online identifiers. Used for orders, accounts, support, security and marketing where permitted; disclosed to relevant commerce, payment, delivery and support providers. Advertising identifiers and contact information used for audience or conversion matching may also be disclosed to advertising partners where enabled and legally permitted. Retained while needed for an active account, order, request, lawful marketing preference or required records.
  • Commercial and transaction information: items purchased or returned, order history, payment status and transaction references. Used for fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention and customer remedies; disclosed to the providers involved and, where enabled and legally permitted, advertising partners for attribution. Retained for applicable accounting, tax, consumer-claim and dispute periods.
  • Internet/device activity and approximate location: IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers, page interactions and location inferred from an IP address. Used for operation, security, localization, analytics and advertising in accordance with applicable choices. Relevant information may be disclosed to Shopify, technical providers and advertising or analytics partners. Browser lifetimes appear in the Cookie Policy; service-side records are retained as needed for security, measurement or other disclosed purposes and applicable legal obligations.
  • Customer communications: enquiries, return details and evidence you choose to send. Used to handle your request and related claims and shared with providers needed to resolve it. Retained while the matter remains open and for applicable follow-up, claim or legal-record periods.

Disclosures for advertising may be considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable state law. Use Your Privacy Choices or email us to exercise an applicable opt-out. Our policy is to honour applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. These choices do not stop disclosures necessary to process an order or comply with law.

Where the applicable state law grants them, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy; information about collection and disclosures, including the preceding 12 months where required; an opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or specified profiling; and any applicable restriction on sensitive-information use. An authorised agent may act for you where permitted. We verify requests only to the extent appropriate and do not require you to create an account to submit one.

Send requests to support@parhelik.com or through our contact page. Where the law uses a 45-day response period, we respond within that period and notify you of any lawful extension and its reason; a shorter applicable deadline takes priority. If an appeal right applies, reply to our decision asking for an appeal. We will explain the outcome and any available regulator complaint route within the applicable deadline. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children

The store is intended for adults who can make purchases. We do not knowingly collect information from children in a way that violates applicable law, or knowingly sell or share information about children under 16 for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Complaints, changes and contact

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can investigate and respond. You may also contact a competent regulator, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy authority, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or your US state privacy regulator or attorney general, as applicable. Contacting us does not prevent you from using a complaint route available under law.

We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide further notice or obtain consent where required. A revised notice does not retroactively authorise a new use that requires consent.
