You may use the model form below to tell PARHELIK INNOVATION INC that you wish to cancel a purchase where a statutory cancellation right applies. Using this form is optional. An email or another clear statement of your decision is also sufficient. You do not need our prior approval or a return reference to give notice on time.

For most UK online purchases, you have 14 days to notify us, starting the day after you receive the goods, and then a further 14 days after notifying us to return them. Exceptions and the full refund arrangements are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Separate rights apply to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods and are not limited to this cancellation period.

You may also include an order number to help us locate the purchase, but it is not a required part of the model form.

How to send and keep a copy

Copy the completed form into an email to support@parhelik.com, send a clear cancellation message through our contact page, or post a paper notice to the company address above. Keep a copy and evidence of when you sent it. You can print this page or save it as a PDF using your browser's print menu.

This address accepts cancellation notices; it is not automatically the address for returning goods. Contact us for the correct return address or collection arrangements before sending products. Waiting for return instructions does not remove your right to notify us of cancellation within the deadline.
