Terms of Service
Effective date: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service explain how you may use parhelik.com and how purchases from our store work. The store is operated by PARHELIK INNOVATION INC ("PARHELIK", "we", "us" or "our"), at 1057 Columbus St, Biloxi, MS 39530, United States. You can contact us at support@parhelik.com.
Please read these terms before placing an order and keep a copy for your records. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented to you at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country, state, province or territory.
1. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We will not hold you responsible for activity arising from a failure of our own security or where applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Product information and safe use
We aim to describe our products accurately, including their specifications, dimensions, compatibility and included accessories. Images are illustrative; screen settings may affect how colors appear. Minor visual differences do not reduce your right to receive goods that match their description and meet applicable quality standards.
Before ordering, check the product information for size, fit, installation requirements, electrical ratings and compatibility in your destination country. Follow the supplied assembly, installation, care and safety instructions. Use a qualified installer where required by the instructions or local law. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, please contact us before purchasing.
Any care or safe-use requirement does not exclude our responsibility for defective goods, inaccurate descriptions or other obligations imposed by law.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order. Unless applicable law requires an earlier point of acceptance, we accept your order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, whichever happens first.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a genuine reason, such as unavailable stock, an unsupported delivery destination, inability to verify payment, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for products we cannot supply. After acceptance, we will only cancel where permitted by law or with your agreement.
Please check your order details carefully. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but a change may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or return right.
4. Prices, payment and promotions
The currency, product prices, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you submit your order. Any import duties or local charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy. Where law requires charges to be included in the displayed price or disclosed in advance, we will comply with that requirement. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency conversion or transaction fees.
Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. We may require payment authorization or successful payment before fulfilling an order. Any available third-party financing or deferred-payment arrangement is also subject to the provider's separate terms, without reducing your rights against us as the seller.
Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Price changes apply to future purchases. If we discover an obvious error affecting an order, we will contact you to resolve it or, where legally permitted, cancel and refund the affected order. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
5. Delivery and import requirements
Available destinations, delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Please read our Shipping Policy for processing and estimated transit times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If an order is delayed, contact us so we can investigate and explain your options, including any cancellation or refund rights required by law.
Please provide a complete, accessible delivery address. We will contact you if an address issue prevents delivery. Any additional charge for redelivery must be reasonable, disclosed and permitted by law. Customers are responsible for import obligations clearly disclosed before purchase where applicable, subject to mandatory local rules.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are delivered into your physical possession, or that of a person you designate to receive them, except where applicable law permits a different rule for a carrier you independently appoint. A carrier's tracking status alone does not remove your right to report a missing delivery. Please tell us promptly about missing or damaged parcels so we can assist.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return and describes our voluntary return arrangements. Voluntary conditions, including unused condition or original packaging, do not limit statutory remedies for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
Please contact support@parhelik.com before sending goods back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. The company contact address below is not automatically the return destination. Contacting us first helps us process your request and does not prevent you from exercising a statutory right within its deadline.
Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method unless another method is agreed and legally permitted. We will meet applicable legal refund deadlines; any processing estimate in another policy does not extend those deadlines. Responsibility for return costs depends on the reason for the return, the information provided before purchase and applicable law.
7. Your consumer rights
We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada only, subject to address availability at checkout. The following explains key protections in these markets and is not an exhaustive statement of your rights.
- United States: You retain all applicable federal and state consumer protections, including any non-excludable warranties and remedies. Our voluntary return terms do not override those protections.
- United Kingdom: Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them. Exceptions may apply, for example to genuinely personalized goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing, where the legal conditions for the exception are met. For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. You pay direct return costs only where we informed you of that responsibility before purchase and the law allows it. We may deduct for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted. We refund within 14 days after being informed of cancellation, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier, unless we offered to collect them. Separate rights apply to faulty or misdescribed goods, including the short-term right to reject where applicable. To cancel, send us a clear statement by email or through our contact page. An optional model cancellation form is available, including in our Return & Refund Policy; you are not required to use it.
- Canada: Applicable provincial and territorial consumer protection laws and legal warranties continue to apply, including any mandatory online-contract disclosures, cancellation rights and remedies. These terms do not exclude protections available under Quebec law or any other applicable provincial law.
- Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a provision in these terms or another store policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection, that protection takes priority. Where our voluntary policy gives you an additional benefit, that benefit remains available on its stated terms.
8. Acceptable use of the website
You must not use the website for fraud or unlawful activity, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, access another person's account without permission, submit deceptive orders or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach or protect customers and the website. Any restriction will not remove your rights relating to an existing purchase.
9. Intellectual property and customer content
The PARHELIK name, branding, website design, text, images and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You may browse the website and save or print information for personal use and purchase records. Other use requires permission unless the law allows it.
If you submit a review or other content intended for publication, you retain ownership and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and format it for the store and promotion of the relevant products, to the extent permitted by law. We will not materially alter the meaning of your review. This permission does not apply to private customer-service correspondence. You must have the right to submit the content and must not include unlawful material or another person's personal information without permission.
We may moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant or infringes rights. We do not remove a review merely because it expresses a negative opinion.
10. Privacy, Shopify and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Shopify provides the commerce platform that hosts our store; your purchase contract is with PARHELIK INNOVATION INC. Payment providers and other services may process information under their own privacy notices and applicable terms.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or availability. This does not limit our responsibility for services we are legally required to provide or for parties acting on our behalf.
11. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the website, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its effect and communicate with you. Your statutory rights to delivery, cancellation and refunds still apply.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to exercise legally required care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from products purchased for personal use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability, statutory consumer guarantees, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where a jurisdiction does not permit a limitation above, it does not apply to you.
12. Governing law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, United States, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you. This choice does not deprive consumers of non-waivable protections under the laws of their usual place of residence.
If something goes wrong, please contact us at support@parhelik.com with your order number, if available, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it. You may also use any complaint mechanism, regulator or court available under applicable law, including courts in your place of residence where the law provides that right. These terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class or collective action where available by law.
13. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version with its effective date. Changes apply prospectively. The version accepted when you placed an order continues to govern that order, unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise. We will give additional notice where required by law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right is waived. Product-specific promises and mandatory consumer rights remain part of your purchase even if they are not repeated here.
